I will no bore you or go on to long, like you will have read on many a site.

I first knew about the breed back in 1990, through the book "World of Fighting Dogs" by Carl Semencic. I got my first Pure Johnson dog back in 97, from a breeder in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, who had imported the 1st Pure Johnson litter in the UK, from the US.

Since then, I have imported numerous times, either through quarantine system, or PETS.

I have been to the USA 7 times, to visit my good friends, Mr. Johnson, Jerry Jacobs, Dixie Luckman, Scott and Susie Weaver to name a few.

Last year (2006) I judged the Pups at the John D Johnson, USA Get Together, I also put on the Johnson UK, Get Togethers for Mr Johnson and Scott Weaver, of the Johnson Kennel, this year (2007) will be the 6th annual show, we normally get around 40 dogs, which is good to say it's for the Johnson/Bully/Classic dogs only.

The dogs I own to date are, GSK's Big Buck Lord Bo of CCK. Bo was bred by Dixie Luckman of Ceder Creek Kennels, TN, USA, he will be 8 years old in July, his parents are Johnson's Big Buck Tiny x Ceder Creeks Raven.

My other dog is GSK's One Eyed Jack, bred by myself, his parents are CCK's Big Buck Aegis x Johnson's Sweet Summerville Rose, Jack was born in Galagran quarantine, Chesterfield. Jack will be 5 in June.

I was part of the Working Party set up by the British Kennel Club, back in 99, to try and help the breed forward, and I am still seen as a contact for the AB in the UK.
